Let's talk about statement sleeves or bell sleeves or flare sleeves or whatever name you'd like to use to refer to this cuuuute trend. A couple of years ago when I traveled to Europe, I had asked my father-in-law's fiance to let me borrow some sweaters, among all the ones she had, there was a flare sleeved white sweater (super cute), buuuut I thought I wouldn't wear it and it wasn't really my style. Funny how now a days I find myself gravitating towards everything and anything with big sleeves.
I often shop at this cute little boutique by my job, I sneak out during my lunch break and get my shopping fix every once in a while. I was lucky enough to find this cute crochet lace crop top with these beautiful sleeves. I found the same exact top but in black at Forever 21 but it didn't last long (sorry girls). A lot of you have asked me for outfit details so I have linked similar items as well as a link to my Poshmark post where I am selling this same exact top. The skirt is from Express and I bought it about a year ago so it's no longer available however, I have linked a couple other options below.

I am so happy with this blouse I got from Nordstrom, the ruffle sleeves really give it character! You can find this blouse here. It's currently available in all sizes and in 2 colors: charcoal and blush. Although you can't really tell from the picture, the material is satin so it's very soft and perfect for the office.
Now, this off-the-shoulder top is just stunning! The sleeves are so much fun, it's very comfortable and very light. I was able to survive an outdoor event this weekend in the South Florida heat... it passed the test. I found this cutie at Marshall's so run to your local store or find it in my Poshmark closet (@gabyzita). Find it here
